Meet Saoirse – Founder, Advanced Skin Therapist & Hair Loss Expert

Hey! I’m Saoirse, the founder of Halo Studio & Halo Luxury Lace Wigs. I was diagnosed with alopecia at 19, and began a rollercoaster of a journey into wigs and hair loss. Navigating my hair loss was hard enough, but trying to find a wig that actually worked for me felt impossible. The wigs I tried were uncomfortable, itchy, and looked unnatural. There was very little guidance or information, and it really knocked my confidence. I hated my appearance and ended up hiding my diagnosis for a long time.

I also struggled with autoimmune-related skin flare ups, and whenever I sought treatments in the past, it always felt like a “band aid solution” -topical treatments that only addressed the symptom for a short while before the flare-up returned. It was costly, frustrating, and left me feeling like I was constantly back at square one.

Going through these experiences made me realise how much support and quality I wished I’d had. With a background in clinical and emergency healthcare, and years of experience in skin and hair loss, I decided to further my training to create a space that offered everything I couldn’t find back then. I opened my advanced skin and hair loss clinic and, after extensive research and development, I created Halo — a wig brand with one simple goal: to help you feel like yourself again.

I know firsthand both the medical and emotional sides of hair and skin concerns, which is why every wig I create focuses on natural appearance, comfort, and the confidence that comes with wearing something that truly feels like you. My skin treatments are designed to address concerns at their root, not just mask symptoms, so you can finally move beyond the endless cycle of flare-ups and frustration. I’m also passionate about education and training, so whether you’re new to wigs, navigating skin challenges, or looking to further your knowledge or training, I’m here to help in any way I can.
